Oriental groove is the crate-digger's side of the region: the funk, disco and jazz recorded across the Arab world from the sixties to the eighties — Ziad Rahbani, Ahmed Malek, Salah Ragab and The Cairo Jazz Band, Sudan's Sharhabil Ahmed and Kamal Keila — and Anatolian psych, the rock Turkey made from its folk songs, played again today by Altin Gün and Şatellites.

Three shows share it on the Random channel.
